About Teresa Bailey-Weirich
Serving with a Fortune 500 company, Teresa Bailey-Weirich possesses nearly three decades of experience in both the finance and corporate real estate sectors. She began her career as a senior property and facilities manager with PM Realty Group, where she was responsible for managing portfolios for high-profile corporate clients such as MetLife, Prudential & Texas Commerce Bank. After more than a decade in that position, Teresa Bailey-Weirich left to take on the role of vice president and senior project and asset manager for corporate real estate in the Sunbelt Region of JPMorgan Chase Bank.
From there, Teresa Bailey-Weirich went on to work at Wachovia Bank as a Market Planner & Business Leader, responsible for Texas & Northern California. In that capacity, she delivered more than 150 high performing denovo branches in five years. Teresa Bailey-Weirich joined Capital One in 2011 as a Senior Director of Market Planning for Texas and Louisiana. Active in her field, she is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Teresa Bailey-Weirich also supports various charitable groups, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project.Education
